Estimator
- Map out all human and material resources needed for building plan.
- Use predictions to determine projected cost of endeavor.
- Must be able to translate project requirements into concrete figures with ease.
- Expectation to adhere to financial constraints without compromising high standards.
- Ability to perform risk assessment to account for potential deviations from project plan.
- Outline time frame needed to complete project phases.
Superintendent
- Oversee construction site staff.
- Ensure construction schedule followed.
- Liaise with building owners and tenants.
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
- Excellent leadership skills required.
- Complete projects in scheduled time allotted.
